How do I get the kits?
After your first payment on Dec 1, 2026, open your confirmation page again or log in to My Kits. When a new kit is released, we email members and add it to your downloads.
What's the founding price?
Reserve by Sunday, November 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific and you pay $29/month or $290/year for as long as you stay subscribed. After the deadline, new members pay $39/month or $390/year. If you cancel and come back later, the price at that time applies. Bought Kit 01? Reserve from your Kit 01 download page and $47 comes off your first charges automatically (monthly: $0 on Dec 1, 2026, $11 the month after, then $29; annual: $243 for your first year, then $290).
What does "reserve" mean?
Reserve today for $0. Your library unlocks Dec 1, 2026 with your first payment. Cancel anytime before then and you pay nothing. A reservation doesn't include downloads; everything unlocks with that first payment. Need something today? Kit 01 is $47 one-time, or $297 for a 10-rep Team License.
What if Kit 02 is late?
Then your first charge and your unlock date move too. If Kit 02 isn't delivered by Dec 1, 2026, we'll push the first charge back until it is, and email you the new date. We never move it earlier.
How often do new kits come out?
Kit 02 is planned for Dec 1, 2026. After that we don't promise a schedule. Any kit released while you're subscribed is included. If that's not enough for you, Kit 01 alone is $47 one-time.
How do I cancel?
Online, anytime: Manage billing → enter your email → type the code Stripe sends → Cancel plan. Billing stops; access continues to the end of your paid period. You can also email support@thedaycompany.us.
Can I pause instead?
Yes. Email us and we'll pause billing for one or two months.
Switch monthly to annual?
Yes. Email support@thedaycompany.us and we'll switch you. Stripe credits the unused part of your month.
Refunds?
Monthly: no partial-month refunds, but you can cancel anytime and you won't be charged again. Annual: full refund if you ask within 14 days of any annual charge. Where the law gives you more rights, those apply. See the Refund Policy.
Renewal reminders?
Annual members get an email 15-45 days before each renewal with the price and how to cancel. Every member also gets a yearly reminder of their plan, price and how to cancel.
Will this increase my sales or income?
We can't promise that, and we don't. Results depend on you, your market and your company.
