- Two live 45-minute team trainings with Damien over Zoom: one to launch the pitch, one on objections two weeks later. You can record them for your team.
- 3 months of Team 10 (10 seats with member access: Kit 01 plus any new kit released during those 3 months) for your reps. It doesn't renew automatically; after 3 months you can choose a team plan at the regular price, or stop.
- A 4-week rollout calendar for your managers, matched to the huddle guide.
What you do

- Review the draft kit and send one round of edits
- Get your reps on the two Zoom calls
Timeline (typical)
- Day 0Apply. We reply within 2 business days. If it's a fit, we email you a private checkout link.
- Week 1You pay and complete the intake form. We schedule both trainings.
- Week 2Draft custom kit and leave-behind for your review (about 10 business days after your completed intake).
- Week 2-3Training 1 (45 min): the pitch and talk tracks.
- Week 4-5Training 2 (45 min): objections and the honest close.

I'm Damien Day. I've spent 5+ years in solar, and before that I owned a telecom company. I've done the jobs these kits cover: knocking doors, setting appointments, cold calling, closing, marketing, and running and training sales teams. I've also started and run my own businesses, so I know what a rep's time is worth.
In 2023 I founded The Day Company LLC in Spokane, Washington. Day One kits follow one rule: every fact gets a source and a date.

Why only 4 a month?
Each install includes two live trainings with Damien. Four a month is what he can deliver well. When this month's 4 are paid, this page shows the next opening instead of the form.
Will this increase our sales?
We can't promise that, and we don't. Results depend on your reps, your market and your company. We promise an honest pitch your compliance team can sign off on.
Do you need our pricing or customer data?
Only the language your reps already use with homeowners (product names, financing options, approved disclosures). Don't send us customer personal information.
Refunds?
Full refund if you cancel before your first live training. After the first training, the Company Install isn't refundable. See the Refund Policy.
